Muva Piglette is the brainchild of Ambre Vailes – Macarie a native Washingtonian now based in New York City (202 to the 212). The blog arose out of a perceived need for not only recipes and recommendations, but a platform for discussion and argumentation on what exactly goes on with our food. This blog seeks to provide its readers with the basis and opportunity to discuss food, not just how it is cooked but everything that it comes to be. My sincerest hope is that each reader walks away with a new line to add to their Eater’s Manifesto, or at least an interesting anecdote.
